Over the course of his career, Larry B. Dillin, President of Dillin, LLC has successfully deployed over $10 billion in real estate investments around the globe. Known for honesty, integrity, creativity and problem solving capability, Dillin makes a difference and is inspired to leave a legacy with each project.

Larry’s career is all encompassing. In addition to his international real estate consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, his experience includes on-site construction work, engineering, project management, community real estate consulting and master planned developments. Larry encourages visionary thinking, consensus building and problem solving tactics as his standard approach. His effectiveness as a change leader has contributed to the success of local, regional, national and international projects.

Mark A. Belanger

Chief Development Officer Senior Living, Dillin Development

Mark A. Belanger Bio: Dillin’s senior housing unit is led by Chief Development Officer Mark A. Belanger. With a CPA background and two decades of financial management experience in real estate development and another two decades in seniors housing development and operations, Mark’s seniors housing focus extends back to the early 90’s, leading teams that developed over twenty properties in the first decade of that effort. Mark led development operations for Syracuse, New York-based Peregrine Senior Living from 2013 to 2018 before teaming up with Dillin. His experience now encompasses development, expansion and/or re-positioning of over three dozen properties in the seniors housing sector.

Outside of work, Mark (a Green Bay native) and wife Debi, both Oklahoma State alums, enjoy taking in an OSU Cowboy or Packer football game and traveling to spend time with their three adult sons: Matthew in Washington State, Jason in New York and Robert in Houston with wife Becky. Mark, a ’retired’ Boyscout leader, also enjoys pursuing his lifelong fishing and birding passions.

Cheryl Dillin

Chief Brand Officer, Dillin Development

Cheryl contributes branding, public relations and marketing expertise to a variety of consulting clients across the country, including Dillin, LLC, right here in the Southwest Ohio area. Cheryl’s branding and events influence over destination real estate developments and municipalities and their integration with the community, combined with her dedication to non-profit and community organizations, makes the Dillin Communities more enticing and attractive for those who live, work and invest in Dillin development projects. Cheryl has been working with Larry in this capacity for over 20 years.

Cheryl leads the public interface with Dillin, LLC and Dillin Events and creates community forward events programming including charitable events with significant fund raising impact. These event programs have hosted celebrities such as the Budweiser Clydesdales and occasionally produce magic including a recent event that proved to thousands of young children that Santa could fly….

In addition to fund-raising for charities and creating lasting memories, the events program and events team builds invaluable relationships in the community. The commitment and dedication to the local municipal relationships, such as Police and Fire departments, have earned awards, and in return, has earned Miami Township specifically the TOP spot, #1 for National Night Out, in the country 2019.

Cheryl’s pledge to the community and branding and public relationships efforts for Dillin goes deeper than just events. The Pink Ribbon Girls is a Nationally recognized organization of which Cheryl has provided much support since 2014. In addition, Cheryl recently scaled one of the Seven Summits in honor of Veteran’s, specifically Purple Hearts and Gold Star Families along with personally raising over $22,000 to send Veterans to Warrior Weekend to Remember, an event based in the Dayton/Cincinnati region.

Since her early involvement at Austin Landing as the creator of their regional community events program, Cheryl has provided leadership and support to the community, the development and the region with positive, meaningful and memorable contributions including programming that raised over $750,000 for local charities in just 5 years.

She is a community representative, cheerleader and supporter, and a valuable asset to all Dillin Communities.

James Paresi

As a seasoned designer, James brings his talent to every Dillin Mixed-Use project, working directly with Larry and the Dillin Team to define placemaking elements, architectural themes and design standards that define the character of Dillin communities. Every site is uniquely crafted to the neighborhood and market environment in which it exists. James works independently as founder of Paresi Design, yet his involvement with Dillin is so extensive that he is fully integrated into the Dillin approach to community-oriented development. One of James most redeeming characteristics is his commitment to creating legacy projects of which he and Larry can be prideful. James’ talent is most on display when conducting charrettes with clients and communities – creating images on the fly that facilitate quick decision making. James is well known for the beauty of his architectural renderings that tell story and sell the sizzle of Dillin projects.

Aaron Horn

Aaron Horn

Development Manager, Dillin Development

Aaron Horn joined the Dillin staff as a Development Coordinator in March 2019.

Aaron is a graduate of the University of Dayton. While earning his undergraduate degree in management and marketing, he served four seasons as the Head Student Manager for the Men’s Basketball team. Following graduation, Aaron went to Cedarville University to serve as an Assistant Coach for the Men’s Basketball team.

Prior to Aaron’s position at Dillin, he worked at Side Effects Inc. in Franklin, OH as a Project Manager. Aaron managed projects across the country and led capital funding campaigns for high school athletic programs. In total, Aaron managed over 20 projects in 10 different states.

He is also a member of the Dillin Events team, assisting with videography, photography, and marketing efforts.

Marketing & Branding Director, Dillin Development

Kayla is the glue that makes the events programming work at Dillin. Her expertise in project management and relationship building is at the heart of the Dillin Communities events efforts, and also a driving force behind the branding efforts for Dillin, LLC and the various projects they manage. As it turns out, event planning and management was excellent experience for transitioning into development and construction project management as Kayla now provides support to the Dillin team on various projects within the company as needed.

Kayla has over 16 years’ experience in graphic design with specialty in brand marketing and event/project management. Relationships are pretty much her “thing”, and having the ability to coordinate professional relationships, brand strategy guidelines, event management with a her design expertise has made her an excellent fit for the Dillin Events Team.

Jordanne Horn

Jordanne Horn

Development Manager, Dillin Development

Jordanne Horn is at the center of the action at Dillin, LLC not only as an assistant Development Manager, but also as a project assistant to Larry Dillin. Jordanne excels at managing information flow for the multiple projects in the Dillin office, as well as the coordination of schedules, logistics and special projects.

Jordanne grew up in the Dayton area her entire life. She graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee in 2017 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Management. Her time at Lee gave her the ability to travel across the states as well as to different area across the world: Australia, New Zealand, El Salvador, Nicaragua and more. This gave her the experiences of different cultures around the world.

Jordanne began her work with the Dillin Events Team, and her talents were quickly recognized and utilized in multiple areas of the business. She transitioned to development in April of 2019. Since that time, she works on the surface and in depth on all projects in the Dillin office. Prior to working for the Dillin Team, Jordanne was an intern for the Dayton Dragons VIP Services as well as an intern for the Pink Ribbon Girls. She loves being a part of the Dillin Family.

Jack T. Sculfort

Jack T. Sculfort

Asset Manager, Dillin Development

Jack has worked for and with Larry Dillin for 20+ years, most of them as Chief Operating Officer of Larry’s consulting and development companies. He and Larry continue to work, partner and invest together in the company’s senior living and mixed-use development projects.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in management both awarded by Northwestern University of Evanston, Illinois. His professional career started pre-college when serving as Assistant Editor for several national trade magazines in the tourist industry. His career as a Civil Engineer began with Fortune 500 firm USG Corporation in Chicago. While there he served in a variety of project management, product management, sales and marketing management roles. He elected to pursue more entrepreneurial experiences and has been doing so since 1989 when he joined Unimast Incorporated as National VP of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Larry, Jack owned and managed his own consulting company where he specialized in business planning. This gave him the opportunity to specialize in filling numerous interim executive positions in a diverse array of businesses. Jack actively volunteers and has chaired numerous organizations and boards including The Planning Forum, Owens Community College, Way Public Library, Rotary Club of Perrysburg, Camp Courageous among others. His wife and three grown children continue to live and work in Ohio.
