Located at a rapidly expanding interchange on I-75 in the heart of the growth corridor between Cincinnati and Dayton, Austin Landing’s 76-acre site boasts over 400K square feet of Class A office, a 12-screen Cinepolis theater and attached restaurant collection, a retail group featuring Kroger, TJX, Kohl’s and small shops, two of the top performing hotels in the Dayton market and over 270 multifamily units. Larry Dillin took over leadership of the development and management of the property in 2016 – completing the development, improving the project NOI by 40% and facilitating the property sale in November 2019. The Dillin Events team was a significant part of making Austin Landing a household name in the market, having conducted hundreds of events and raising over $756,000 for local charities.
